2. How do I know which necklace length to select?
Please refer to our necklace length chart pictured below for both toddlers and children.
3. How do I edit my order if I spelt my address wrong?
Please email us as soon as possible so we can change the address on your order. Shipping addresses can only be changed within 48 hours of ordering.
4. When will my order arrive?
Please allow 4 working days for your order to arrive once it has been shipped. All custom orders require a processing time of 2-3 weeks. This can vary depending on production demand. We assure you it will be worth the wait!
5. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number(s). You can click on the link in the email which will take you to the USPS website, allowing you to track your order.
1. How should I take care of my jewelry?
Use a dry soft lint free cloth to periodically wipe clean your jewelry items. This will keep your jewelry looking shiny. Ideally, store your jewelry in a dark, cool and dry place to help reduce scratching and tangling.
To ensure longevity please keep jewelry away from harsh chemicals such as perfumes, lotions, bleaches and deodorants which may cause damage to the metals.
